About Me

I’m a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples and I am passionate about helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and create deeper, more fulfilling relationships. My work is grounded in Terry Real’s, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach that helps people connect more authentically, build trust, and overcome relational challenges.

I graduated from New York University (NYU) and began my career working in the Special Victims Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. There, I gained specialized trauma training, which deepened my understanding of how past wounds can affect our relationships and emotional well-being. This early experience shaped my therapeutic approach, driving my commitment to help clients face the difficulty in their lives.

I’ve been in private practice since 2014, and I’ve also had the honor of teaching at NYU. Over the years, I’ve continued my professional development at the Relational Life Institute, refining my expertise in couples therapy and relational living. My approach is holistic, incorporating both somatic work and traditional therapy to support healing on every level—mind, body, and spirit.

In my spare time I regularly partake in practices like 5 Rhythms, Authentic Movement, Body Temple Dance, and Meditation. These practices keep me grounded in my body, vulnerability practice, and mindfulness so that I can share this wisdom directly from my own experience. I maintain these practices to liberate myself, find more freedom within my heart and body, and to have fun!

At the core of my work is a deep belief in the power of love, intimacy, and connection. I have seen how these elements not only heal relationships but also restore confidence and a sense of worth. Whether you’re working through trauma, looking to strengthen your relationship, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself and others, I’m here to help guide you on that journey.

I have come to know intimately that there is no ease or healing before rebuilding a relationship to the body and the sensations that live within us.

I hold a Master’s in Women’s Spirituality, where I explored the divine feminine through ritual, mythology, and art. Throughout my life, I have pursued somatic and non-religious spiritual practices, with a deep focus on the Divine Mother through ritual, art, meditation, and movement. These practices are woven into my work, offering a rich, holistic approach to healing. For those drawn to spiritual exploration, I provide a supportive space to integrate these elements into their personal journey.
