it’s about connection
Relational therapy can help you navigate the complexities of your relational life and foster more meaningful, connected experience.
I was wondering if it made sense to have a separate page for relational therapy/relational life therapy. It would put it in the navigation, and you could have these lists liver here, along with other additional context that we pull from other pages or that you rwrite. It doesn’t have to be super long, just a bit more context.
Relational therapy may be a good fit if:
You feel disconnected from your partner, family, or from yourself
You find yourself stuck in the same arguments or conflicts without resolution
You struggle to express your needs or set healthy boundaries in relationships
You seek deeper emotional and physical intimacy but are unsure how to achieve it
You want to break free from long-standing patterns of resentment, defensiveness, or avoidance
You desire more honesty, accountability, and vulnerability in your relationships
You have dreams you wish to make come true but you have lost the motivation and energy to make it happen
Through this work, we learn to:
Stay present in conflict without collapsing or attacking
Speak from truth instead of fear or resentment
Listen without losing ourselves
Repair ruptures with accountability and care
Hold both our own needs and another’s needs at the same time
Honor boundaries as an expression of self-respect
Replace old survival patterns with healthier relational habits
Learn to recognize how our body’s feel and respond relationally
