As a therapist, I have come to understand that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We need to see ourselves through the eyes of others. We need to be held in our vulnerability and our pain in order to access safety within our bodies and our hearts.

Guided somatic meditation (including inner child meditations)

The exchange for the evening is $100. Limited sliding scale available. Please reach out to sign up and for payment options.
These payments are reimbursable through out of network coverage insurance if you have out of network coverage for group therapy. I will provide you with a receipt to submit.
